That's what my sister and I used to joke about the lyrics to the screamy part were. But then I looked them up a learned that it wasn't a song about how Andy was gonna murder the ice cream man who didn't give him enough ice-cream WITH knives and pens (explains a lot about the song, huh?). So. The lyrics may say its something else. But this is what that song is really about.
